Rough quote.
A rough estimate is sent based on the info provided. When the quote is approved, the project goes into a digital proof queue. All payments are collected upfront prior to production.

Digital mockup.
A digital proof is sent for your review. After the proof is checked off and the payment has been received, Blue Jay will add the job to our production schedule.
